Hello! 👋 I'm Pooja Dhole.

Four years ago, I lost my job during COVID.

Unemployed for six months. Running out of money for rent.

I started freelancing out of anger and desperation. In eight months, I was making 3× what my corporate job paid.


Here's what I figured out: Most companies are broken at a system level.

They lose great talent because their hiring is a mess. They can't generate consistent clients because their lead gen is a mess. Same broken thinking, different department.

So I decided to fix the part I could control: client acquisition.

I tested every possible way to generate leads. Cold email. LinkedIn ads. Webinars. Content. Outbound. Failed a lot. Learned from each mistake.

And I realized something: You can't just do inbound. You can't just do outbound. You need both feeding each other. So I built a system:

* LinkedIn content that generates inbound leads
* Lead magnets that capture warm prospects
* Warm outbound that feels like actual conversations

That's when Content Theory was created.

Now I help early-stage SaaS companies build the same system, one that actually generates 30-40 demos per month consistently. Since then, I've worked with clients across 4 countries (US, UK, Canada, UAE) and was selected by LinkedIn as one of the Top 200 creators in India for the Creator Accelerator Program 2022.
